Chocolate-Chip Blondies

Love French Toast Casserole, but don’t have time to let it sit overnight? Not to worry this Instant Pot French Toast will be ready in no time!

Ingredients
- 1 cup melted butter, cooled
- 1½ cups brown sugar
- 2 eggs, 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 cups flour, 1 tsp baking powder, ½ tsp salt
- 1½ cups chocolate chips
Instructions
- Whisk butter and sugar; beat in eggs and vanilla.
- Fold in dry ingredients until just combined; fold in chips.
- Spread in a lined 9×13 pan; bake at 350°F until edges are set and center is barely soft.
- Cool completely before slicing for clean cuts.
