Unbelievably easy mince pies

Love French Toast Casserole, but don’t have time to let it sit overnight? Not to worry this Instant Pot French Toast will be ready in no time!

Ingredients
- 1 batch shortcrust pastry
- 1 jar good-quality mincemeat
- 1 egg, beaten, for wash
- Icing sugar for dusting
Instructions
- Roll pastry and cut rounds for bases and smaller lids or stars.
- Line muffin tins, fill with mincemeat without overfilling.
- Top with lids, seal edges, brush with egg wash.
- Bake at 375°F until golden. Cool slightly; dust with icing sugar.
