Delicious Raspberry Oatmeal Cookie Bars

Love French Toast Casserole, but don’t have time to let it sit overnight? Not to worry this Instant Pot French Toast will be ready in no time!

Ingredients
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1½ cups flour
- 1 cup brown sugar
- ¾ cup butter, softened
- 1 cup raspberry jam
- ½ tsp baking soda, pinch salt
Instructions
- Combine oats, flour, sugar, soda, salt; cut in butter until crumbly.
- Press two-thirds of crumble into a lined pan.
- Spread jam evenly; scatter remaining crumble on top.
- Bake at 350°F until golden. Cool before cutting.
