Skillet Tortilla Pizzas

Crisp-edged tortillas, fast marinara, and melty mozzarella weeknight pizza without the dough wait.

Ingredients
- 4 small flour tortillas
- ½ cup marinara or crushed tomatoes
- 1½ cups shredded mozzarella
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan
- Toppings: pepperoni, basil, red pepper flakes, olive oil
Instructions
- Heat a dry skillet over medium; crisp one side of each tortilla.
- Flip, spread marinara, cheese, and toppings; cover until cheese melts.
- Slide onto a board, slice, and serve hot.
