Sparkling Rosemary Lemonade

Bright citrus, herbaceous rosemary syrup, and fizzy water a refreshing drink for porch sipping or brunch spreads.

Ingredients
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 sprigs rosemary
- 1½ cups fresh lemon juice (about 6 lemons)
- 4 cups chilled sparkling water
- Lemon wheels and extra rosemary to garnish
Instructions
- Simmer water, sugar, and rosemary until sugar dissolves; cool completely and discard rosemary.
- Stir syrup with lemon juice in a pitcher; chill until serving.
- Pour over ice, top with sparkling water, and garnish.
