Sparkling Rosemary Lemonade

Bright citrus, herbaceous rosemary syrup, and fizzy water a refreshing drink for porch sipping or brunch spreads.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 sprigs rosemary
  • 1½ cups fresh lemon juice (about 6 lemons)
  • 4 cups chilled sparkling water
  • Lemon wheels and extra rosemary to garnish

Instructions

  1. Simmer water, sugar, and rosemary until sugar dissolves; cool completely and discard rosemary.
  2. Stir syrup with lemon juice in a pitcher; chill until serving.
  3. Pour over ice, top with sparkling water, and garnish.
